Ratchet Load Binders are made from foged steel, quenched & tempered. These binder use two types of simple machines and has two tension hooks on each end and handle. Having both simple machines can multiply the force manually applied to the tie down assembly.It is used to tighten chain to secure and tie down heavy duty loads.
